Fans React to BTS Making K-Pop History By Breaking Into Top 10 of Billboard 200

On Sunday, BTS become the first ever K-pop act to break into the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Their latest EP, Love Yourself: Her, released on Sept. 18, debuted at No. 7, the highest-ever for an Asian act on the chart, and beat out the boy band’s own Wings album from last year as the top-charting Korean album.

The occasion was cheered on by BTS’ loyal fan ARMY on social media, with millions of tweets ccoming from the band’s fans as they congratulated the act and applauded the efforts of the fandom at large. Some even used the special hashtag #Her07ONBB200 to commemorate the feat.
