KCON 2017 LA already has several of K-pop’s most popular new acts heading its way, and now two more can be added to the list with the addition of boy band Wanna One and co-ed group K.A.R.D.

Neither K.A.R.D nor Wanna One have formally debuted yet, but both will be familiar to many K-pop fans.

K.A.R.D released three pre-debut singles between 2016 and 2017 and gained a large international following for their sharp choreography and their incorporation of dancehall and reggaeton. The quartet has two male and two female members, an atypical structure for K-pop groups within an industry where single-sex acts are dominant. The band’s most recent single, "Rumor," peaked at No. 3 on the World Digital Song Sales chart. K.A.R.D recently held several fan meetings throughout North and South America.

KCON 2017 LA presented by Toyota will mark K.A.R.D’s first U.S. performance after the release of their first EP, Hola Hola, which will be released July 19, according to their Facebook page.

Wanna One is also a new act: an 11-member boy band that will head to KCON several days after dropping their first album. Formed during the most recent season of the competition show Produce 101, which previously produced the now-defunct girl group I.O.I, Wanna One’s members were handpicked by Korean voters from over 100 boy band hopefuls. While most of the group’s members are new faces in the K-pop industry, the final lineup included two members of other acts: Hwang Minhyun of Nu’Est and Ha Sungwoon of Hotshot.

Wanna One will release their first album on Aug. 7, reports The Korea Herald, 11 days before KCON 2017 LA kicks off on Aug. 18.

This year’s West Coast KCON will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center on Aug. 18-20. Two nights of concerts will feature the newly announced K.A.R.D and Wanna One along with other K-pop acts Astro, Cosmic Girls (WJSN), Girl's Day, Heize, NCT 127, Seventeen, SF9 and VIXX. Additional, soon-to-be-revealed acts will also partake in the Korean convention and music festival.

Tickets go on sale beginning July 14.
