Watch K-Pop Boy Band BtoB Teach 'America's Next Top Model' Contestants Their Dance Moves

BTOB: Born TO Beat/Facebook

The models are challenged to stay fierce while performing highly technical choreography -- a common trial for K-pop acts.

Earlier this spring, America's Next Top Model announced that its upcoming Seoul-based season would include cameos by popular K-pop acts. Boy band BtoB makes the first appearance on the episode this Friday, Nov. 14, but an early tease has been released now showing the contestants needing to channel their fiercest inner K-pop star.

In the clip, the contestants meet the septet and prepare to learn dance moves that they will later perform while photographers snap their pictures. The challenge is to incorporate K-pop moves and attitude while still retaining a model-like composure.

The challenge mirrors a common part of K-pop star life where the singers pander to the cameras they perform for every week while promoting new music.

"While we're performing, we always have to focus on what we look like," member Peniel explained in the clip. "We always have to be aware of our expressions. We always have to look good for our fans."

Any live performance from BtoB -- or any other K-pop act, for that matter -- certainly proves how much emphasis is placed on expression throughout live shows. Peep a performance of the band's most recent single, "You're So Fly" below.

In related news, girl group 2NE1 has been confirmed for the finale episode of the current season. It's speculated that the girl group will likely perform the title track from their No. 61-peaking album Crush or "I Am the Best," the hit single that's already been garnering airplay Stateside.

As The Hollywood Reporter reported, Tyra Banks and other members of the modeling competition's cast and crew have caused a media frenzy in the country since their two-week stay began on March 21.
