Lil Nas X dropped the umpteenth brand extension of his "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" single on Friday (April 23), this time as a "but Lil Nas X makes all the sounds with his mouth" version.

The a cappella take on the rapper's latest Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single gets a Brady Bunch-style treatment in the colorful video for the tune, which kicks off with a shirtless X singing the song's melody into a red telephone handset.

He's soon joined by a chorus of other Lil Nas Xs, including one in a black suit jacket and wrap-around silver shades, another in a white jacket with bedazzled sunglasses and six more in a variety of outfits, from a micro tank top with studded leather collar to blue face paint, a black turtleneck accented by a giant spiky necklace, an elaborate crimson and gold headdress and what looks like a bling-dripping crown.

The nine-part harmony visual jumps from box to box, filling the screen with the many Xs -- most rocking bright red lipstick, spooky contacts and bright eyeshadow -- as they add layer-upon-layer to the song in the Adrian Per-directed visual. Last week the 22-year-oldMC sparked an unnecessary panic when he claimed, falsely as it turns out, that his latest viral hit was being removed from streaming services.
