Grammy-nominated rapper Megan Thee Stallion dropped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday (Feb. 4) to talk about her hit single "Body" and team up with the host to surprise a frontline worker fan.
Rocking her conservative daytime talkshow look, Meg Zoomed in wearing an off-the-shoulder purple dress with matching hair as she explained that "Body" was inspired by some of the "quarantine fluff" she'd put on while falling in love with her refrigerator during the COVID-19 lockdown.
"Eating is the key," she joked about the song's popularity. Megan also talked about how her teacher grandmother inspired her to always keep working toward a degree, so after dropping out of a taxing nursing program, she went into health administration and is now on the dean's list and honor roll. "I just watched my grandmother take care of my great-grandmother and it really inspired me to have my own assisted living facility," she told DeGeneres.
