50 Cent gon' party like it's his birthday, because his "In Da Club" music video officially reached 1 billion YouTube views on Monday (Nov. 16).
Fans can now find Fif, as well as Eminem and Dr. Dre, in a remastered, 4K version of the 2003 music video, which received the special restoration in celebration. YouTube Music and Universal Music Group announced a joint venture last year to restore the most iconic music videos of all time so current and future generations could relish in the timeless visuals with the highest video and audio quality possible. "In Da Club" becomes the second hip-hop music video from the pre-YouTube era to join the platform's notorious Billion Views Club, after Eminem's "Without Me."
"1 Billion views. Not Bad for a kid from South Side. LOL," the NY rapper tweeted Monday with a snippet of the clip.
