Run the Jewels' Killer Mike and El-P performed their new album, RTJ4, in its entirety on Adult Swim Saturday (Oct. 17) in an effort to encourage voting in the November election.
The powerful commercial-free event, dubbed "Holy Calamavote," marked the first live performance of RTJ4, which dropped in June. The televised set featured pre-recorded appearances by Pharrell Williams, 2 Chainz, Zack de la Rocha, Mavis Staples and Josh Homme, all of whom appear as guests on the album.
Comedian Eric Andre hosted the 45-minute broadcast, providing comic relief between the 11 songs performed.
