Earlier this month, Dwyane Wade announced his support for his 12-year-old child Zaya coming out as a transgender girl. The open-minded parenting love from Wade and Gabrielle Union drew support from the LGBTQ+ community, but rapper Boosie Badazz wasn't feeling the Wades' decision.
Boosie blasted the Miami Heat legend, saying a 12-year-old isn't fit for that kind of decision in life yet. "That is a male. A 12-year-old. At 12, they don’t even know what they next meal gonna be. They don’t have sh-- figured out yet. He might meet a woman, anything, at 16 and fall in love with her. But his d--k gonna be gone," he began.
The Baton Rouge native went on to seemingly confuse gender versus sexuality. "Don’t cut his d--k off, bruh. Like, bruh, for real, if he gonna be gay, let him be gay. But don’t cut his d--k off, bruh. Don’t dress him as a woman, dawg. He’s 12 years old. He’s not up there yet. He hasn’t made his final decisions yet. Don’t cut his f---ing d--k off, Dwyane Wade," the father of eight said.
