Sean "Diddy" Combs shared a heartfelt message Friday (Nov. 15) about his former girlfriend Kim Porter on the one-year anniversary of her untimely death.

"I MISS YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. So much," the 50-year-old music mogul captioned a video on Instagram of Porter beautifully playing the piano. Every time I get sad I look at this video and it brings a smile to my face. I THANK GOD FOR THE PRECIOUS TIME HE ALLOWED US TO HAVE WITH YOU. I WISH YOU WERE HERE WITH US RIGHT NOW AND THIS WAS ALL A DREAM. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON THAT WISH. NEVER!!! Love you forever Kimberly Antwinette Goodwin Porter."

On Thursday, Diddy also shared a photo of a broken heart on Instagram, captioning the image with Porter's initials.

Porter was the mother to three of Diddy's six children. The couple first began dating in 1994 and eventually broke things off in 2007 after roughly 13 years.

Porter died in her Los Angeles home on Nov. 15, 2018. A medical examiner-coroner revealed the cause of her death as lobar pneumonia. She was 47.

Following her death, Porter was buried in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia.
