JT of City Girls arrives at the 2018 BET Awards held at Microsoft Theater on June 24, 2018 in Los Angeles.

After spending over a year in jail for credit card fraud charges, City Girls' JT has been released from prison and will be releasing a new track at 10 p.m. EST titled "JT's First Day Out."

The news was first broke by JT herself on Instagram. "You Bitches Could Neva10p est #JTFree@qualitycontrolmusic @citygirls," she captioned her first post of 2019. Subsequently after, her partner-in-rhyme, Yung Miami, chimed in with excitement, as well. "YOU BITCHES IN TROUBLE!! MY BITCH HOME!" she exclaimed. Both JT and Miami's posts include the cover art for JT's new freestyle track, which is produced by Twysted Genius.

Initially, JT was slated to be released in March 2020 after beginning her sentence in June 2018. Then, in an interview with 99Jamz last August, Quality Control's CEO Pierre "Pee" Thomas revealed that the embattled artist would be home "within the next 90 days." During JT's absence, City Girls still managed to keep their scorching momentum intact, carving notable Hot 100 bangers in "Act Up" and "Twerk."

Be on the lookout for "JT's First Day Out" freestyle tonight.
