G-Eazy dropped off a trio of tracks packaged as the B-Sides EP with little fanfare on Tuesday (June 25). The appetizing three-pack gives fans an idea of the creative space G is currently in at the studio.

B-Sides consists of a pair of solo efforts from the Bay Area native and a lone assist from Tyga on "Bang." Gerald and Tyga collide for a potential club bop, which is a lane the duo are no stranger to filling.

G-Eazy exercises range when taking a more serious approach on "Spectacular Now," a nod to the book and movie of the same name. He reflects on the moment he found out about Nipsey Hussle's passing. "We lost Nipsey and I cried 100 tears in my room/ Let's celebrate our heroes now, not just when they're gone too soon, yeah/ Fuck, I'm thinking back on him now," he raps.

The 30-year-old was also announced as a headliner at 2019 Rolling Loud Bay Area, which takes over the Oakland Coliseum Grounds on Sept. 28.
