H.E.R. performs onstage during Spotify "Best New Artist 2019" party at Hammer Museum on Feb. 7, 2019 in Los Angeles.

In combination with Live Nation Urban, H.E.R. announced plans to debut her very own festival on Monday (June 10). The Lights On Festival will take place in Concord, Calif. on Sept. 14. The stacked lineup features an artistic blend of well-established R&B singers alongside some burgeoning acts set to make serious noise in 2019.

Look for headlining performances from H.E.R., Jhené Aiko, and Daniel Caesar. Other artists set to grace the pair of festival stages include Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Kiana Ledé, DaniLeigh, Melii, Lucky Daye, Marc E. Bassy, LONR, Tone Stith, bLAck pARty, and Rayana Jay.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on June 12, while going on sale to the general public on June 14.

“Concord Pavilion is the ultimate venue," said H.E.R. of having the opportunity to curate the festival. "It is the perfect place to bring people from all over the Bay. I have many memories watching shows and DREAMING I’d be able to perform there. The Bay Area is my home, it’s a dream come true to host my festival there."

President of Live Nation Urban, Shawn Gee, is happy to see a woman artist get the chance to craft an R&B-heavy festival. "It’s an honor to be able to help this amazing artist execute her vision. It’s especially refreshing for us because most of the recent artist-curated festivals like Dreamville, Roots Picnic, Astroworld, Camp Flognaw and others are curated by men; we haven’t seen many female owned and curated artist festivals, especially in Hip Hop & R&B," he added via press release.
