"Congratulations, you played yourself" became an instant online sensation thanks to DJ Khaled's antics that led him to become an inspirational figure at the epicenter of pop culture. Gerald Walker flipped the saying around and turned it into a soulful track for himself. "Congratulations" released to close out March, and he now follows that up to deliver the trippy visual on Thursday (May 2) via Billboard premiere.

The Blue Collar Gang rapper gets the job done with minimal distractions, making the most of a bare white room with windows staring out into the darkness of the night. Walker, laced in a comfy Napapijri yellow hoodie and an Oakland Raiders cap, has a message for the rap game: he isn't wasting his time with you anymore.

"Congratulations, my n---a you played yourself. Standing ovation, now tell me if it was worth it," he rhymes. Versions of Walker multiply in the room thanks to a few added special effects. A mirror is also used to show a reflection of himself, as he reminisces on prior moves that may have not paid dividends at the time. The clip finishes up with a cameo from a close friend who seems to be receptive to his harsh advice.
