After a four-year hiatus, music gladly welcomed back Sebastian Mikael in December. The R&B crooner closed out 2018 with the I C U U C ME, Pt. 1 EP, which he then followed-up with Pt. 2 in April via Slip-N-Slide Records and Atlantic Records. Of the seven tracks spanning the second effort, "Time" quickly picked up the necessary steam to be dubbed a standout with nearly 200,000 streams. Mikael returns on Thursday (May 2) to bring the groovy record to life via the "Time" video, which premieres on Billboard below.

The sultry visual is just oozing '90s vibes. Between the colorful decor in their apartment, Mikael's fashion, his love interest's style, and the camera's altered visual effects, the era's aroma is completely inescapable for three minutes. He leaves it up to the viewer's interpretation as to whether they're in reality or having a dream.

"'Time' is a R&B gem," he tells Billboard. "It’s different from the rest of the EP. I went for a 90s R&B baby-making anthem. The video is a celebration of black love. I wanted it to look like a flashback or a dream."

The "Last Night" singer's comeback tour has only just begun, as fans can expect to continue hearing from him. For now, watch Mikael's "Time" video below.
