Billy Danze is gearing up to unleash his 6 Pack EP next month (March 18). First, Danze has teamed up with his M.O.P. compatriot Lil Fame and longtime collaborator Teflon for the gritty "Ain't Gone Do Shit," premiering with Billboard on Wednesday (Feb. 27).
Danze makes sure it's known that M.O.P. is forever when closing out the Quincy Tones-produced tune. "Being back in the studio with Fame and Tef, there’s a sense of relief and a feeling of ease," Danze tells Billboard. "We keep each other sharp...as you know at some point, you are going to have to get in the booth before or after one of these guys. Eighty shows a year, six-plus festivals a year for the last fifteen years; the M.O.P. train is full steam ahead."
The Brownsville Bombers' chemistry hasn't missed a step since starting their journey over two decades ago; the 25th anniversary of To the Death is also fast-approaching. "Besides being my brother, Billy is the dopest rapper I know. Making records for us is like breathing air. In the M.O.P. universe, everything we do is number one with a bullet," Teflon adds.
