Lawyer Michael Avenatti to Turn Over Second Tape Allegedly Featuring R. Kelly Having Sex With Minor

With R. Kelly already behind bars on 10 charges of criminal sexual abuse involving four victims, there looks to be more daunting accusations coming his way. Lawyer Michael Avenatti -- who already turned over a tape allegedly featuring Kelly having sex with an underage girl to the Chicago prosecution earlier this month -- says he's planning to present another alleged sex tape to the attention of Cook County prosecutors on Monday (Feb. 25).

The 55-minute VHS recording reportedly features Kelly, 52, performing sexual acts on the same 14-year-old girl that was also allegedly depicted in the first video Avenatti brought to authorities. The second tape is reportedly dated around 2000, while the former was apparently recorded in 1999.

TMZ reports that the second clip is even more graphic than the first, featuring the embattled R&B star "coaching" the minor through various sexual positions.

Avenatti confirmed that the evidence was in the process of being delivered to prosecutors Monday morning. "I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning. This tape was recently uncovered in connection with our ongoing nationwide investigation on behalf of victims. Justice must be done," he wrote to Twitter.

Kelly was booked into the Cook County Jail on Friday, with a judge setting bail at $1 million on Saturday; at press time it was unclear if Kelly, who was still behind bars, had posted the $100,000 bond required for release before his pending sex abuse trial.

Billboard has reached out to Kelly's attorney for comment.
