After teasing the track while starring in the latest Mountain Dew commercial, the Migos returned to give "Position to Win" an official release. The EDM-trap twisted tune landed on streaming services Friday (Feb. 8), featuring verses from all three of the ATL natives and co-production from Huncho Did It (Quavo's producer name) alongside right-hand producer DJ Durel.

"I made the beat and DJ Durel and I even did parts of the production," Quavo previously explained to Billboard during an interview in support of the "Do The DEW" campaign. "We went crazy on there. We wanted to give it an EDM-trap feel. That was my thinking putting that together."

Huncho added, "We had the beat and it was an uptempo and more energetic beat. We listened to that and thought how could we break it down into our world and drip it out? We wanted to bring it to the culture with the EDM-trap twist to it."

The Migos last teamed up with Mustard for "Pure Water" in January, which debuted at No. 81 on the Hot 100. Huncho also relayed that fans should pump the brakes on Culture III, as the anticipated effort just isn't ready yet with Offset's solo album on tap.
