Frank Ocean and producer Om'Mas Keith have dropped their lawsuits against each other over writing credits on Ocean's Blonde album, according to court documents filed Friday (Jan. 25).

Initially, Ocean sued Keith in February 2018, alleging the producer misrepresented his authorship on tracks including "Nikes," "Ivy" and "Pink + White" Then, in May 2018, Keith countersued Ocean, claiming he had rejected a flat fee works-for-hire deal on the album, similar to the one he had accepted for his work on Ocean's Channel Orange, and was due proper credit for his work.

Now the case has been settled after Ocean and Keith reached a "negotiated settlement executed by them," per the documents first reported by The Blast and reviewed by Billboard, closing both cases. Ocean and Keith will pay their own legal fees.
