Back in November, Lil Xan announced plans to head into rehab to complete his journey to sobriety. Two weeks after Xan's girlfriend, Annie, shared that he had checked into a treatment facility, the 22-year-old took to his Twitter account early Sunday (Dec. 16) to share that he is "out" of rehab and "sober."

Prior to getting help, the "Betrayed" rapper explained his decision to address his battle with drug abuse even though he's been "10 times worse" to TMZ. "Mac Miller hit too close to home. I know we struggle with the same problems and I just feel like it's time to get better," Xan began.

He continued to explain that his struggle has mostly been dealing with an opioid addiction. "Mostly with Hydrocodone. Norcos is what they call them. Basically, a lot of opioids. I've been way worse in the past. I want to do rehab so I can get over this last little hump, so I can finally be back to Diego," he detailed.

The California native previously said that upon a successful trip to rehab that he would continue working on his Mac Miller tribute album and go by his legal first name of Diego from this point forward.
