Cardi B Changes 'Motorsport' Lyrics at Jingle Ball Amid Breakup With Offset: 'We Gon' Get a Divorce'

Just last week (Dec. 5), Cardi B broke the news that she and Offset had split. However, the show goes on for the Bronx native, who performed at Z100's Jingle Ball in NYC and then took her talents to Chicago's B96 Bash on Saturday (Dec. 8).

During the latter star-studded showcase, the 26-year-old remixed some of her lyrics to "Motorsport," where she instead teased getting a divorce from the Migos rapper. "I get up set off/I turn Offset on/I told him the other day/Yeah, we gon' get a divorce," she rhymed, much to the shock of the Allstate Arena crowd.

Prior to her pair of performances over the weekend, Cardi B showed up to a mandatory hearing in Queens court Friday (Dec. 7) stemming from misdemeanor assault charges. On her way out of the courtroom, the Invasion of Privacy rapper found out she was nominated for five Grammy awards thanks to a few reporters in attendance.

Meanwhile, Offset seems to be hoping for Cardi's forgiveness as he attempts to win back her love. The 26-year-old publicly commented on the breakup Sunday (Dec. 10). "FUCK YALL I MISS CARDI," he wrote to Twitter. Fans could gain some clarity from their relationship on the ATL native's debut solo album, which is slated for Friday (Dec. 14).
