After releasing her debut Foreword EP in October, Sara Diamond brings her vision for the sultry "Know My Name" to life with a cinematic visual that she's dubbed a "film," and the Canadian singer has good reason. The Jean-Luc Oicle-directed clip premieres with Billboard below.

Diamond searches for love in all the wrong places throughout the romancing flick. "'Know My Name' is about the desire to be wanted," she tells Billboard about the inspiration behind the Naji-assisted tune. "The video is about the idea of loving someone but still having certain desires."

The intricate visual leaves much up to the viewer's interpretation when trying to decipher the realities of Sara's world juxtaposed against her deeper thoughts. "When fantasy meets reality," she teases in conclusion. If you haven't had the opportunity to check out the singer-songwriter's EP, the soulful seven-track project is now available on all major streaming services.
