Cardi B could become a wanted woman in the eyes of law enforcement later this week. After skipping her scheduled appearance in Queens, N.Y. court Monday (Dec. 3) morning, Judge Sean Dunn declared that a bench warrant "would very likely" be issued for her arrest if she decided to no-show her Friday court date (Dec. 7) once again.

The Bronx native was due in court regarding misdemeanor charges stemming from her involvement in a reported assault that took place at Angels strip club in Queens. Cardi reportedly had members of her team attack a pair of sisters that worked at the club as bartenders for allegedly having an affair with Offset

"I apologize to the court. As you can see, my client is not here today. It is due to poor communication and poor coordination. This is not an instance where the defendant is elevating her interests above the court or the people," the 26-year-old's lawyer, Jeff Kern, told the court room. "As you probably know, she’s a fairly notable hip-hop artist. I can tell you, my client knew the date, but there was a previously scheduled commitment today and tomorrow."

Even though prosecuting lawyer District Attorney, Ryan Nicolosi, called for a bench warrant to be issued immediately, Dunn left it at a warning. "I want you to convey to her that it is not acceptable that she is not here today. I'm going to give her a one-time chance to show she understands the importance of showing up," Dunn stated. "You should inform her that if she doesn't show up, that unless circumstances will change, it’s very likely the court will issue a bench warrant for her arrest."

With Cardi B slated to perform at Z-100's Jingle Ball concert in NYC Friday night (Dec. 7), she should already be in town to make her next court appearance at 9:00 a.m. ET that morning.
