Update: 6ix9ine's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, provided Billboard with an update on his client's bail status. "I'm waiting on the transcript from the court appearance on Nov. 19 before Magistrate Pittman, and then [we] will schedule a bail hearing," he said via email.
6ix9ine was back in court Monday (Nov. 26) morning, where he pled not guilty to his federal R.I.C.O. charges, according to TMZ and Pitchfork. Tekashi will remain behind bars for the foreseeable future, as his bail denial was not reportedly addressed during Monday's (Nov. 26) legal session.
6ix9ine's trial has been set for Sept. 4, 2019. A spokesperson for the United States Department of Justice relayed to Pitchfork that there's also a pre-trial conference scheduled for Jan. 22 of next year.
