Rexx Life Raj is making sure he finishes 2018 with a bang. Not only is he currently serving as an opening act for Bas' Milky Way Tour, but he's also prepping his new EP California Poppy, due Nov. 30. Today (Nov. 15), Rexx releases the visuals for his latest video "The Long Way," exclusively on Billboard

The celebratory flick finds Rexx marching along side rabid Golden State Warriors fans during the team's 2018 championship parade. Like the basketball fanatics marching alongside him, Rexx is found donning a Draymond Green jersey, while dropping steely raps about his rapid emergence. "You a million n----s thick, I'm with a couple people/ but how we move with the glow, it feels like a 100 people," he vibrantly raps.

"I met [producer] Kyle Betty like three years ago, which is actually insane to think about because that makes us blood brothers although he’s Caucasian and my skin is of the motherland," says Rexx in regards to his latest record. "I loved his sound. Very West Coast. Very simple, yet still big. Very unique but familiar. We’ve been making music ever since."

Betty has produced numerous records for Rexx, including "Shit N Floss," "Freedom Love" and "Waiting For You."

"We felt is was only right to give the world a whole project of our sound. So here it is, bitches. Enjoy or fight me," Rexx adds.

Rexx's forthcoming EP will feature him riding solo most of the way, as E-40 will be the project's lone feature. After releasing California Poppy, Rex will be headlining his first European Tour next month.
