XXXTentacion Estate Holds Animated Music Video Contest for 'Bad' Single

Jack McKain
XXXTentacion

The XXXTentacion estate -- along with Bad Vibes Forever and EMPIRE -- launched an animated video contest for the late artist's new single “Bad" on Monday (Nov. 12).

The single is set to appear on the rapper's first posthumous album, SKINS, due Dec. 7 and available for preorder here. Fans can also purchase the official "Bad" merchandise here.

Because X was a lifelong fan of animation, Gabriel Chaignon, Darin Vartanian, Jay Kzapa, Anhia Santana, Ayan Issin, Dugan Warmoth and Tristan Zammit have all created 15-second animated snippets from which fans can vote for their favorite. The winner of the video contest will be given $10,000 to create the official full-length animated music video for "Bad," which will premiere on XXXTentacion's YouTube page.

Voting for the animated music video will begin at 5 p.m. PT on X's official site and wrap up on Nov. 19.
