"Sicko Mode," from Travis Scott's chart-topping Astroworld album, was certified double-platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America on Wednesday, recognizing 2 million equivalent song units earned in the U.S. To celebrate, the rapper released a video Friday (Oct. 26) of his "Sicko Mode" performance from the Austin City Limits Music Festival earlier this month.

One equivalent song unit, as recognized by the RIAA, is equal to: one digital song sale, or 150 on-demand audio and/or video streams. The RIAA revamped its Gold & Platinum Awards Program on Feb. 1, 2016, growing from a pure sales certification process to one that includes tracks and streams.

Astroworld has spent 11 weeks on the Billboard 200 albums chart, consistently staying in the top 10. His charismatic "Sicko Mode" single featuring Drake has spent the same amount of time on Billboard's Streaming Songs chart, currently at the No. 5 spot. The music video captured the surreal, pulsating feel of Scott's third studio album, which can all be summed up on the "Sicko Mode" track.

The 26-year-old rapper is currently gearing up for his upcoming North American tour beginning Nov. 8 in Baltimore and wrapping up in Portland, Ore., on Dec. 22.

At the ACL Music Festival, Scott headlined both weekends, playing Oct. 7 and Oct. 14. Scott played the song surrounded by shooting fire and trippy lighting onstage. The energetic crowd sang along to every line, from Drake's vocals to Scott's electric verses.
