Takeoff, "Last Memory"

With the release date of his debut solo project looming, Takeoff unwrapped the first single from The Last Rocket with "Last Memory."

Known for his quiet persona, Takeoff takes a brasher approach on "Last Memory," flaunting a punchy delivery on the Monstabeatz-produced track. "I just might change up the weather (Change it)/ She pop a perc, her p---y wetter (Drip)/ I met the bitch at Coachella (Coachella)/ Is she Nutella? She probably do better," he raps in front of several models. The Rohan Blair-Mangat-helmed visual finds Takeoff taking a seat at the throne, swatting away the opposition with his fierce wordplay.

After his fellow Migos member Quavo notched the No. 2 album on the Billboard 200 this week with Quavo Huncho, Takeoff appears primed and ready for his shot at solo success. Earlier this week, Billboard attended his listening event and learned that DJ Durel along with Cassius Jay provided assists on the production side for The Last Rocket. Be on the lookout, as the project drops Nov. 2.
