Anderson .Paak is gearing up for the release of his anticipated Oxnard album next month (Nov. 16), and in the meantime, the California native has shared the Colin Tilley-directed visual for "Tints," his mega collab alongside Kendrick Lamar, on Friday (Oct. 26).

The powerful video opens with a famous quote from Edgar Allen Poe. "Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see," reads across the screen. .Paak's love interest in the flick pleads with him that she wants to live in an unmasked world, which sends the Malibu artist's mind racing to various bizarre life experiences.

Paak and K. Dot team up to expose the harrowing truths about the fact people may not always be who they portray themselves as in the public eye. The 32-year-old takes on a multitude of roles, shifting from different wigs and attire to drive his point home, working with individuals from all walks of life.

One scene finds .Paak brutally tied up in the trunk of a car that belonged to what appeared to be a harmless elder couple, who proudly boasted their ties to the NRA, when police questioning came into the equation. The "Bubblin" rapper then takes on the role of a professional doctor, but quietly moonlights as a strip club veteran in his spare time.

The striking clip also features a guest appearance from Aftermath mogul Dr. Dre, who has served as a mentor figure to Paak. Overall, the captivating visual is sure to make you double-take at the next situation that you believe is just too good to be true.
