XXXTentacion performs during the second day of the Rolling Loud Festival in downtown Miami on May 6, 2017.

In honor of late rapper XXXTentacion, the MC's mother Cleo Bernard has teamed up with visual artist Bankrupt for the XXXTentacion Memorial Art Raffle. The project intends to raise funds for the XXX Foundation Inc, a non-profit organization focused on providing relief for impoverished and underprivileged families.

Bernard established the Foundation after her son's death in June, focusing all raised funds towards the charities and nonprofits that XXX was passionate about.

Art by Bankrupt -- who is notorious for his massive portraits of celebrities such as Biggie Smalls and Muhammad Ali -- created a custom piece following XXX passing that eventually caught Bernard’s eye. Upon learning about the XXX Foundation’s charitable work, the artist gifted Bernard the piece and decided to create a new one to be raffled, all in memory of her son's life and music.

“I’m always looking for ways to use my art for a positive impact or to give back in some way," the artist shared in a press release. "When Cleo and I met for the first time while delivering her son's memorial art piece, we both agreed on how important it was to give back and help people in need."

Set to be released on Monday (Oct. 1), the XXXTentacion Memorial Art Raffle winner will receive the priceless piece, as well as an all-expenses-paid trip to South Florida to visit the XXXTentacion mausoleum with the late rapper's mom. Raffle tickets will be available at $5 a piece via Art by Bankrupt’s website, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the XXXTentacion Foundation.
