After delivering his acclaimed KOD project back in April, J. Cole is ready for more lyrical warfare to close out 2018 in historic fashion. Jermaine put the rap world on notice with a fiery tweet Monday morning (Aug. 6), and it sounds as if the Dreamville CEO could be hitting the studio quite a bit while on his KOD Tour, kicking off later this week in Miami. (Aug. 9).
"Feed me beats. Everything gettin murdered," Cole penned. Dreamville's rising J.I.D. hilariously replied looking for a feature from the North Carolina native in the near future. "I got money for a feature and I got beats, sign me to Dreamville man, I fuck with y’all," he wrote. The 33-year-old played along, letting him know he'd lay down a verse free of charge. "Send the track. Fee is waived cuz you nice," Cole says.
The St. John's University graduate recently offered up his services for a powerful assist on TDE member Jay Rock's "OSOM" from his June Redemption album. Catch Cole World alongside Young Thug on the KOD Tour over the course of the next couple months as the duo treks across North America.
