Following a serious car accident in Miami that left him hospitalized earlier this month, Lil Scrappy is back on the grind and salutes the King of Pop on his newest single "MJ," produced by his Love & Hip-Hop castmate Stevie J.

Scrappy sounds right at home over the trap-laden melody, with eerie synths and a thumping bass moving behind the rapper's signature gritty flow. Between bragging about his wealth and women, Scrappy peppers in references to Michael Jackson several times throughout the song, rapping, "Smooth criminal keeps the bullshit to a minimum" at one point.

"MJ" is the second single from Scrappy's impending project titled Grown. A few weeks ago, Scrappy was involved in a car accident in Miami after reportedly falling asleep behind the wheel. While the injuries weren't life-threatening, Scrappy's foot was broken as a result of the accident.
