Though Cardi B has blossomed into an acclaimed superstar over the last year, the "Bodak Yellow" MC will always have a soft spot for strip clubs. On Monday (June 4), the former dancer showed support to Club Love & Lust -- a renowned strip club in Brooklyn where she used to work at -- since it was shut down by members of the NYPD last month.

"Justice for LUST!!! Come on now that’s f ucked up, never a shoot out, nobody ever got murked. Its like you can’t win for shit!!! OPEN THEM LOCKS," Cardi wrote on her Instagram story. According to Lust's owner, Imran Jairam, since the club's debut in 2014, he claims to have been a victim of "selective enforcement." Last month, Jariam filed a $125 million claim of notice against the city of New York and the State Liquor Authority.

The New York Daily News reports that deputy inspector Emmanuel Gonzalez came to the club and asked Jariam for a generator to send to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria tortured the city. Jariam also claims that Gonzalez asked for 11 round-way tickets to Puerto Rico, which estimated to about $80,000.

Rappers Joe Budden and 50 Cent previously voiced their support to Club Love & Lust with posts of their own on Instagram. Several weeks ago, 6ix9ine and Brooklyn rapper, Casanova, squashed their highly-publicized beef at the the famed strip club last month.
