With the release date of Cardi B's debut album, Invasion of Privacy, looming, the Bronx MC has a reason to celebrate before unveiling her hotly anticipated effort. On Thursday (April 5), Cardi found out that her single "Bartier Cardi" featuring 21 Savage officially went platinum on Twitter.
Elated by the news, Cardi celebrated with a flurry of screaming emojis.
"Yaaaaayyyyy!! Made my day ..Floppy B," she tweeted.
For Cardi, earning plaques is becoming second nature for her, as she earned a bevy of certifications, most notably for Bruno Mars' "Finesse," G-Eazy's "No Limit," and of course, her five-times platinum-single, "Bodak Yellow."
Earlier this week, Cardi released her new single "Drip" featuring Migos after dishing out "Be Careful" several days prior. As for Invasion of Privacy, the album drops tomorrow. Check out Cardi's celebratory tweet below.
