Fabolous Arrested for Domestic Violence, Attorney Calls Rapper 'Incapable of Engaging in Alleged Conduct'
On Wednesday night (March 28), Brooklyn-bred rapper Fabolous was reportedly arrested, after he allegedly assaulted his on-and-off girlfriend and former Love and Hip-Hop reality star, Emily Bustamante, according to TMZ.
The site reports that Emily B. called the cops on Fabolous after he allegedly struck her at their home in Englewood, NJ. Not long after the incident, Fabolous turned himself into police with his attorney by his side. TMZ also reports that Fab didn't spend time in jail, but was cited for the alleged incident and assigned a ticket for an upcoming court appearance. "I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct," Fabolous' attorney, Alberto Ebanks tells Billboard.
Fabolous -- real name John Jackson -- and Emily have two kids together, two-year-old Jonas Jackson and ten-year-old Johan Jackson.
