TV One's new documentary series Uncensored dives into the lives of celebrities as they share intimate details and stories of their life behind the spotlight. For the upcoming episode, TV One sits down with Rick Ross as he reflects on the life-changing health issue that nearly cost him his life.

For Ross' episode, the Maybach Music Group label boss takes a trip down memory lane to 2011, when he boarded his private jet to travel to Memphis and suffered two seizures in the space of a few hours. After suffering the first seizure, a friend of Ross' walked up to him to find out what happened but Ross couldn't recollect what had just transpired as he was knocked unconscious.

Instead of checking into a hospital, Ross said he called up with "jet plug" and requested another plane to take him to his destination, but as soon as he fell asleep on the jet, he experienced another seizure. The rapper's mother, Tommie Roberts, got the call that her son had suffered multiple seizures but was not informed that it was serious enough for the paramedics to perform CPR. "It was devastaing, because when you hear CPR, you know you're losing the person," she said in an exclusive preview of Ross' episode.

Coincidentally, Ross was hospitalized this week when police and emergency teams were called to the scene after he was "found unresponsive" in his Florida home, Billboard confirmed Friday (March 2). The report also states that the distress and heavy breathing could be pneumonia-related.

Rick Ross' Uncensored story is the latest episode in the 10-episode series following the series debut with Tiffany Haddish and Tamar Braxton. The docuseries will profile celebrities like Power 105. 1 radio personality Charlemagne Da God, NeNe Leakes, Nia Long and more.
