Kodak Black will be able to breathe easy for the moment. After being arrested during a home raid last month, Black had three charges stemming from the incident dismissed.

Black's attorney, Bradford Cohen, confirmed the dismissal of the charges to TMZ. Though Black still remains in custody, the state of Florida let him off the hook for the following charges: possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect.

Last month, Black was arrested after authorities caught wind of his Instagram Live video that showed his entourage armed with guns and in possession of marijuana. The Project Baby star also caught flak for having his young son walk into the room during the time of the incident.

In a report by The Blast, Black's attorneys fought to have the charges against their client dropped based on the fact that authorities couldn't prove whether the Florida rapper's guns and marijuana in the video were in fact real. Their argument was that rappers use fake weapons in their music videos all the time. Kodak is currently in jail without bail for violating his probation and reportedly still faces four charges, including marijuana possession and possession of ammunition.

Billboard reached out to Kodak's attorney for comment.
