Lonzo Ball #2 of the Los Angeles Lakers looks on during the first half of a game against the Charlotte Hornets at Staples Center on Jan. 5, 2018 in Los Angeles.

LaVar Ball’s son Lonzo is not only tearing up the court as a Los Angeles Lakers rookie, but he also has taken up a rap career. The 20-year-old dropped a new mixtape titled Born 2 Ball that ends with a sweet track dedicated to his dad called ”LaVar.”

He shuts down the haters in the track with lyrics like, “Y'all can hate him, that's my pops though/First one that's there for me once it got cold/Listen to the story, not just how it's told/Yellin' he the devil, but yet you the one who sold your soul/Never turned road, just had to maneuver through a few cones.”

He also shouted out the rest of his family—his two basketball player brothers—acknowledging that they are all “killers” at their sport.
