Veteran rapper Apathy is gearing up for the imminent release of his highly anticipated sixth studio album, The Widow's Son. Before the March 2 release date arrives, the Connecticut MC drops off the third single from the project, connecting with the legendary DJ Premier to take aim at his detractors on "The Order."

The 38-year-old doesn't hold back on the brash track, even sparing words for esteemed longtime Hot 97 radio personality Funkmaster Flex. Apathy raps over the piano-laced Preemo production, "Won’t go on Flex, he can’t handle me flowing/ F--k a bomb, get the sound of a planet exploding."

"The Order" follows "Allen Weaponry" and the Pete Rock-assisted "I Keep On" as advance tracks from The Widow's Son. The 14-track LP also includes features and production appearances from: M.O.P., Celph Titled, Diabolic, Buckwild, Stu Bangas, Nottz, and Pharaohe Monch, in addition to Ap getting behind the boards himself.

Pre-order The Widow's Son on iTunes and give "The Order" a listen below.
