Hip-Hop Stars Mourn the Death of Fredo Santana

Hip-hop stars are mourning the death of Chicago rapper Fredo Santana, who reportedly died Friday night (Jan. 19) as the result of a seizure. He was 27.

Santana, a pioneer of Chicago’s drill movement, suffered serious health problems throughout last year, and was hospitalized for liver and kidney failure in October.

Rappers like Drake, Maxo Kream, Young Chop, Lil Durk, Wale, Joey Bada$$ and more paid tribute to Santana following the news of his death.
