After Daniel Caesar recently finished off the North American leg of his Freudian Tour, the 22-year-old singer is enjoying some time off to recharge before heading back out across the pond for a set of European performances at the end of January.
Caesar, along with his managers Jordan Evans and Matthew Burnett, joined B. Dot and Elliot Wilson for the latest episode on the Rap Radar Podcast, touching on the Canadian artist's meteoric rise in the R&B scene last year and a multitude of other subjects in and outside music.
As they explained, the Grammy-nominated Caesar sat down with a handful of major record labels once his name began to generate buzz, but ultimately decided to stay independent with thanks to some important curators and basic tech tools.
