Following his longstanding feud with mentor and Cash Money CEO Brian 'Birdman Williams, among other things, Lil Wayne's official musical releases have come few and far between. The bitter problems between the two were tough for fans to watch, remembering all the greatness they've put out over the years.

As the Louisiana rap veteran distanced himself from the Cash Money brand, he's continued to develop his Young Money enterprise, including with his long-running Dedication mixtape series, with Philadelphia rap curator DJ Drama. Treating fans to a present just in time for Christmas, the rapper released the Dedication 6 on Monday (Dec. 25).

Dedication mixtapes are known for Lil Wayne's offering his unorthodox takes on popular songs during the year. This year the Young Money head honcho took on some of 2017's biggest tracks, such as Post Malone's "Rockstar" -- which features longtime collaborator Nicki Minaj -- Kendrick Lamar's "DNA.," and Lil Uzi Vert's 2017 smash hit, "XO Tour Llif3."

The 15-track tape also includes features from many Young Money affiliates like Gudda Gudda and Cory Gunz. Download here.
