"Cole is always the perfect person to collaborate with,” Miguel told Zane Lowe during an interview on Apple Music's Beats1, which premiered "Come Through And Chill." On Sunday (Nov. 26), the 32-year-old linked up with J. Cole for another melodic collab, which also features production from the soulful Salaam Remi.

The tuneful track will appear on Miguel’s upcoming fourth solo album, War & Leisure, which is set to release on Dec. 1. The updated “Come Through And Chill” marks the third connection between the R&B crooner and the Dreamville artist.

"This album is intentionally about the ethos right now, that we are right in the middle of all this," Miguel told Billboard in a previous interview. "We’re trying to flourish in the middle of all this. We all wake up, and it’s time to be creative and amazing and positive and all the things that we’re supposed to be when you look on Instagram, but then we’re dealing with these same problems, this injustice, wars between politicians with egos. Like, 140 characters are going to get us into a war right now?”

"Come Through And Chill" was originally released back in summer 2016, but the newer version is the fourth track revealed to appear on the "Sure Thing" artist's forthcoming studio album. The engaged singer pushed back his wedding with Nazanin Mandi to focus on crafting the project just right. Miguel has already released three singles for the album including: the trippy "Sky Walker" featuring Travis Scott, "Told You So" and "Pineapple Skies."
