Bay Area rap duo 99 Percent has teamed up with fellow Bay Area rapper Sage the Gemini for "I'm Sorry," premiering exclusively on Billboard today (Nov. 22).

The last time 99 Percent collaborated with Sage was on 2014's "Let Her Go," off their debut EP Yike In It, but they made waves earlier this year by linking up with Flo Rida for their hit "Cake." Sage also collaborated with Flo Rida this year on a track called "Game Time," which was released in February.

"I'm Sorry" is a sharp change in style for both sides, mirroring the R&B stylings of artists like Trey Songz and Chris Brown. When asked what the significance of "I'm Sorry" is, 99 Percent put it simply: "If you got caught cheating on and are sleeping on the couch, maybe you just need to say 'I’m Sorry.'"
