Tory Lanez Serves Up New Single 'I Sip'

Tory Lanez might drop his new album, Memories Don't Die, any time now but it seems he wants to build up some anticipation first. After a few weeks of consecutive releases, Lanez unveiled another cut from his upcoming album titled "I Sip" on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on Thursday (Nov. 16).

Lanez's previously released singles find the rapper toying with a slew of different sounds like the triumphant trap banger "Shooters" and the Caribbean-inspired "Skrt Skrt." On "I Sip," Lanez laces the chilled-out, minimalistic melody with his signature sing-song flow. Glass of liquor presumably in hand, Tory sings about trying to quit his bad habits.

"I sip way too much drank/ I don't think I can think/ I won't try to tell lies," he sings over the finger-snappy, seductive tune. "This blunt got me too high/ I won't try to pretend/ Cause you and I are just friends."

An official track list or release date has yet to be announced for Memories Don't Die, but the "Luv" crooner has already teamed up with Future for "Real Thing" and teased that he and T-Pain might be working on a track together.
