The group's lead vocalist Pharrell Williams told fans to tune in to Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on Wednesday.

Over the weekend, fans spotted cryptic posters around Tyler, the Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw Festival that read "No One Ever Really Dies" -- acronym hinting at N.E.R.D's moniker -- and now, it seems as if N.E.R.D. frontman Pharrell Williams has joined in with a tease of his own. On Tuesday (Oct. 31), Williams urged fans to tune into Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on Wednesday, though he didn't reveal what exactly the surprise is.

Williams' message led many to believe that N.E.R.D's lead vocalist will be unveiling new music. Lowe taunted fans further by posting a pixelated image adding on to the anticipation surrounding N.E.R.D's return.

The teasers come just days before N.E.R.D is set to hit the stage at the 2017 Complexcon where they're billed as headliners alongside Gucci Mane and Young Thug. The band's official Twitter account has no tweets but features the "No One Ever Really Dies" advertisements, whetting the appetite of fans some more.
