The tributes continue to pour out following the death of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who died of natural causes last week. On Monday (Oct. 2), Playboi Carti took to social media to share a short video tribute to Hefner, who inspired the rapper's alias, and featured a new Carti-produced track.

Carti and a woman are heard arguing over the instrumental, which starts off mellow and then expands into a thumping melody. The grainy, 39-second footage features raunchy images of women as well as the iconic Playboy bunny logo with photos of Carti littered throughout the mini video.

Carti hasn't revealed whether the Hugh Hefner tribute is part of a larger work or if it'll land on his upcoming joint project with Lil Uzi Vert. The "Magnolia" rapper teased the joint tape back in September on Snapchat after posting an image of The Damned's Captain Sensible and Dave Vanian with the caption: "Carti Uzi Tape * Uzi Carti Tape 16.29."
