Damian Lillard marked his official foray into hip-hop in 2016 as Dame D.O.L.L.A, and unleashed his debut album The Letter O, with features from Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Marsha Ambrosius, and Raphael Saadiq. Now, the Portland Trail Blazers point guard is ready to hit the music circuit again, starting with the new Lil Wayne-assisted "Run It Up," which he debuted on Sway in the Morning on Wednesday (Sept. 21) and announced that his upcoming album Confirmed is slated for release on Oct. 6.

D.O.L.L.A and Wayne previously joined forces on "Loyal to the Soil" from the budding rapper's debut, where they traded verses about loyalty and remaining humble. For his newest song "Run It Up,"  D.O.L.L.A recruited Scott Scorch to produce the bouncy, club banger. Over a thumping bassline, Lillard raps about his constant grind and hustling.

"I'm the Daddy Mac, Mac Daddy with hoop and rapping/ Y'all be on your Kris Kross, uh, hustlin' backwards," he raps. "All this game I'm giving is prolly gon' be a caption/ When the lights and cameras off I'ma still be 'bout that action."

Next up, Weezy lays down a catchy hook before seguing into his verse. He raps, "Run it up, we running things, she want run with us/ Yada, yada young mula, kiss my such and such/ I want a thot, I want a model with a bubble butt/ A double cup of some codeine and my slushy slush."
