'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' Filmmaker Reveals He Worked on an Unreleased Beyonce Video

Beyoncé has a new music video ready to be released, revealed Michel Gondry, director of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Science of Sleep, Be Kind Rewind and plenty of impressive visuals for other artists.

He tells French-Canadian news outlet La Presse that its release has been delayed since the singer just gave birth to twins Rumi and Sir this summer, but it's finished and -- in his opinion -- "very, very good."

Beyoncé dropped videos for "Sandcastles" and "Love Drought" earlier this year. The as-yet-unnamed new clip will mark her first collaboration with Gondry.

Gondry has directed a long list of memorable music videos, from the White Stripes' Lego-animated "Fell in Love With a Girl" to Kylie Minogue's "Come Into My World." Bjork has worked with him multiple times (on eight videos, to be exact), as have Radiohead, Beck, the Chemical Brothers and more. The last music video he released was another project for the White Stripes, 2016's "City Lights."
