Will Smith attends the amfAR charity gala during the Cannes 70th international film festival on May 25, 2017 in France.

Will Smith's summer has been quite adventurous. After linking up with his longtime partner-in-crime DJ Jazzy Jeff for a rousing European Tour, Smith appears ready to dive back into the world of acting. On Wednesday (Sept. 6), he teased fans on Facebook with a fresh look at the cast for the Aladdin remake

"We just started shooting Aladdin and I wanted to intro you guys to our new family… Mena Massoud/Aladdin, Naomi Scott/Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari/Jafar, and I’m over here gettin my Genie on. Here we go," he wrote on Facebook.

For Smith, he'll be filling the magical shoes of the late Robin Williams, who played Genie in the 1992 animated film. For Disney, Aladdin will serve as one of their many live adaptations to classic animated movies. Mulan and Lion King are expected to be the next movies to receive the full-remake treatment with directors Niki Caro and Jon Favreau tackling the films, respectively.

Take a look at Smith's post below.
