In hopes of paying his respects to late friend and oft-collaborator Prodigy, The Alchemist unearthed an unreleased Mobb Deep song titled "Try My Hand."

"Try My Hand" is featured on The Alchemist and Budgie's new double album The Good Book Vol. 2. The unreleased Mobb Deep song finds the '90s tandem in classic form. “She never heard talk like this, I capture your attention/ My gat is a gift from God for you to listen," raps the revered lyricist.

Prodigy and The Alchemist released two collaborative projects together with 2007’s Return of the Mac and 2013’s Albert Einstein. The Alchemist was also responsible for a slew of Mobb Deep songs, including cuts from their 1999 project Murda Muzik. Last month, Prodigy died of complications from his sickle-cell anemia. He was 42.
